About Me
Hello! I'm Sam. I'm a food, drink and product photographer based in Bristol - working around the UK as well as remotely.
Coming from a background in high-end TV drama, I have experience in creating content and working with a variety of people with interesting and creative ideas. The skills I developed on set greatly enhanced the way I communicate and work as a photographer. For several years, I've channelled my interest in story-telling and art into my work, striving for great and meaningful images that will evoke feeling in the viewer.
For years I've enjoyed landscape, wildlife and lifestyle photography as a hobby. I'm a huge fan of cinema and often my 'just for fun' shoots would be heavily influenced by colour grades and moods seen in film.
Since becoming a full-time photographer, I've had the pleasure of working with amazing restauranteurs, chefs, food brands and other creatives in the industry. I love what I do and I strive to make any shoot I'm involved in a positive and exciting experience for everyone present. Food is a universal, harmonious subject that brings humanity together and it should be celebrated!
